Billing/Insurance Specialist

Highly organized, detailed oriented, multi-task professional responsible for all phases of billing and collections, i.e., filing claims, posting payments, working denials and appeals, patient collections, financial counseling, insurance verification and obtaining authorizations, etc. Excellent written and oral communications skills along with 5+ years medical office insurance experience. Review insurance advisories and institute new policies and procedures.

Ophthalmic Assistant

Energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude and team player. Responsibilities include working up patients, taking medical histories, vitals, eye pressure checks, conducting diagnostic tests, etc. Work along side physicians. Preparing patient and equipment for procedures. Should possess strong communication skills and be able to multi-task. Degree in Biology is a plus. Will be required to learn electronic medical record software.

Photographer

Color photography and digital imaging of the retinal fundus. Direct patient contact. Computer skills a must. Medical exp. desirable, but will train. Fast paced work environment. Will be required to earn photographic certification for clinical research studies. Great benefits

Highly organized, detailed oriented professional with great work ethic, excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, insurance verification, request authorizations as needed, collect payments for services rendered. Research Coordinator

Conducts all research studies according to the State and Federal regulations, along with ensuring the safety and well being of all the study subject throughout the study. Position requires a high degree of organizational skills, problems solving skills, and ability to communicate with a variety of people. Computer software literate.
